How to delete my account?

Account Deletion Request

• If you wish to delete your account from the Twiggli app, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Twiggli app and go to your profile.

  2. Tap on the "Edit Profile" button.

  3. In the top right corner, click on the "Settings and Privacy" button.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you'll see a red "Delete Account" option.

  5. Tap "Delete Account." A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete your account.

  6. Confirm your decision, and all your information will be permanently deleted from the Twiggli app and our Firestore database.

  Data Deletion and Retention

  When you request the deletion of your account, all associated data, including your profile information, activity history, and any other personal data stored within the Twiggli app, will be permanently erased. We do not retain any of your data once the deletion process is complete. There is no additional retention period, and your data will not be recoverable after deletion.
