A real joinery workshop in Kaulsdorf where you learn woodworking in theory and practice, from hand tools to professional machines. The most popular course is the end-grain cutting board: from fine woods such as olive or zebrano you glue, cut, sand and oil a board that you design yourself, with a handle groove, juice channel or soft edge. Other courses cover dovetails by hand, power tools, the professional machines and surface finishing, or building a rustic stool. Small groups of up to four, all materials included; you can also hire the workshop for your own project.
