Eric Dodji’s dance school for adults in Neukölln teaches hip-hop and afro as freestyle: you learn the basics and how to find your own groove rather than memorise a routine, without pressure, whether you have danced before or not. The weekly classes run on Monday evenings in the big dance hall of the Musikfabrik. For teams there is a 90-minute dance workshop built around your own favourite songs, at your office or outdoors, where by the end the whole team dances together — or a weekly class as an employee benefit.
