Pastry chef Yahel Michaeli teaches in her baking studio in Friedrichshain. In the chocolate workshop you learn to temper chocolate and make medallions, pralines and truffles; in the macaron workshop, the secrets of the most colourful dessert in patisserie; and there are classes in pâte à choux, tarts, puff pastry and yeast dough. Everything you make goes home with you. For teams she runs private macaron and chocolate events, and for Christmas a festive pastry workshop — branded aprons on request.
