Berlin’s oldest liquor manufacturer, pouring since 1831. A guided tour walks you through 195 years of the city’s drinking history and the workings of the manufactory, then sits you down to taste the schnapps — several still made to the original recipes. Short tours run 45–60 minutes in German or English, the long one 90; the gin seminar goes further, and you distil and bottle your own to take home.
