The cooking studio of Bonvivant, the Schöneberg cocktail bistro whose vegetable-led fine dining won a Michelin star in 2023 — opened next door on Goltzstraße, with a second, loft studio on Kottbusser Damm in Kreuzberg since late 2024. The kitchen and bar team teach what they cook and pour: fresh pasta, sourdough bread, croissants and macarons, vegan and Asian menus, fermentation, classic and alcohol-free cocktails, wine tastings. Built for teams: the studios take up to thirty, larger groups swap halfway between the stove and the bar, and the course can come to your own venue. Everything that gets made is eaten together at the end.
